What if?
Could Tata Harper prove that “natural” was incredibly effective and didn’t have to live in the realm of the “granola” by positioning their brand as the most prestigious skincare (natural or otherwise) on the market?
Results
We worked together in a closely collaborative relationship to uncover the layers of the Tata Harper story—small-batch processes, ingredient stories and complex formulations combined with a farm-to-city lifestyle and Tata’s unique and vibrant personality—to articulate a clear reason for being that no other brand could authentically replicate. We developed clear and distinct brand pillars, a refined brand story, an external-facing personality, design language and a strategic messaging guide. Our work continues to influence all elements of their brand, including communication, design, marketing strategy and their digital experience.
