Results
Our work began in deep conversation with Pinkberry’s two founders and their new executive leadership team. Together we unearthed what made Pinkberry so magical and what attracted fans from near and far. With that shared understanding we crafted a vision for the brand that centered around delivering unique brand experiences that made people smile. We built a brand platform that translated that vision into language every Pinkberry employee could understand, love and live by.
